SWING STOP FOR SQUARING ARM:  Quick change stops that slide the length of the squaring arm for varying repetitive work.

POWER BLADE GAP ADJUSTMENT:  Infinitely variable adjustment with electric control.  Instantaneously moves blade gap position at the touch of a button from in position to shear light gauge material to the out position for heavier material to cover a wide variety of capacities.

2 POSITION POWER RAKE ADJUSTMENT:  Provides the shear with 2 separate rake angles to allow the most precise cut in a wide variety of capacities.

48” TRAVEL BACKGAUGE IN LIEU OF STANDARD 36”:  Same heavy duty, front operated, power backgauge with manual swingaway backstop with 48” of travel.

POWER SWINGAWAY BACKGAUGE WITH 48” TRAVEL:  Instantaneously swings the entire backgauge completely out of the way for shearing long workpieces, comes equipped with 48” travel.

MANIFOLD CENTRALIZED LUBE SYSTEM:  Brings all lubrication points to a centralized location for easier maintenance.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM:  Timed, air powered lubrication system that automatically brings grease to all lube points.

5/8” T-SLOTS MILLED IN TABLE OF SHEAR:  Slots in table for stops to be placed in table for repetitive work.

DROP STOPS FOR T-SLOTS:  Disappearing/gravity stops to place in t-slots to allow workpiece to slide forward over the drop stops, but not backwards.

36” T-SLOT SUPPORT ARMS:  Heavy duty support arms with 5/8” t-slots to extend t-slots in table, also available with embedded scales.

HAND SLOTS IN TABLE:  Large slots milled in table to allow operators to get hands under workpiece for easy handling.

T-SLOT ACROSS FRONT EDGE OF SHEAR:  5/8” t-slot across the front edge of shear to slide support arms the length of the table.

BALL TRANSFERS IN TABLE:  Heavy duty 2” adjustable ball transfers to allow easy handling of workpieces recommended for ½” and larger shears.

HI-CARBON HI-CHROME BLADES:  HCHC blades have more carbon and chrome than the industry standard blades for use on mild steel up to 3/8” and stainless up to 10 ga., not for use with hard metals.  Your machine comes standard with a pair of four edge shock resistant chrome blades which are the industry standard.

HOLD DOWN CYLINDERS MACHINED FOR IMPACT PADS:  Holddown cylinders machined to accept nylon pads to protect sensitive workpieces.
