Programmable Electric Tubing Benders

• This tubing bender has a maximum capacity of 2.5 inch Schedule 40 pipe, 3 inch tube (.187 wall thickness), 3" inch square tubing (.093 wall thickness)

• The OCS (Operator Control Station) allows for quick, accurate repeatability of multiple or single bends. Unit can store up to 20 programs with 10 bends per program. The OCS unit is extremely easy to program.

• The model 350 tube bender has a maximum bend speed of 6 seconds at 90 degrees.

• Quick release counter die system allows for maximum efficiencies for high production runs.

• This tubing bender has a larger CLR than most competing tube benders. The maximum CLR is 22".

• Extra heavy duty design normally seen on larger  models means more value for the investment.

• Power required is 240 V, 3 phase, 60 Hertz, 30 amp

• Similar to other RDB programmable tube benders, the model 350 can be fitted with a rotary   positioning table allowing for accurate bends in varying planes, as well as consistent measurements between bends.

• Weight is approximately 1200 lbs.

• Maximum bend is 180 degrees (plus spring back up to 206 degrees).
