in both single and dual slide machines. The
Peddiworker series is a single slide for one operator
operation, where as the Peddimax series is a dual slide
machine which allows for two operators to work
independent of each other.
Peddinghaus has the perfect ironworker to fit any
fabrication need or budget, with ironworkers from
55 tons to 110 tons. All Peddinghaus ironworkers
come equipped with angle blades with infeed guide and
dual spindle hold down, flat stock shear with rapid
adjust hold down, infeed guide and gauging table, quick
change punch and die attachment with rapid star wheel
adjustment of the stripper height, and a square notcher
with gauging table and adjustable stops for quick set
up.
Peddinghaus universal ironworkers (Steelworkers) are
equipped with a wide, high-performance plate and flat
bar shearing station with a large ledge and gauging
table enabling you to correctly position the work piece
and cut with maximum precision. Angle iron can
also be cut at a miter on the flat shear station.
The
Peddimax 110/140 Ironworker is also available with a CNC
gauging table that eliminates manual layout of holes.
This CNC table has a back-gauge on the punching station
that automatically moves into position for each hole to
be punched. This CNC Ironworker is prefect for producing
base plates quickly and accurately. Apart from punching
holes, the CNC ironworker can also add the layout marks
where the columns are to be welded to the to be the base
plates.
