HYDMECH BAND SAW FEATURES
- 60 degree one-way miter capability
- 1” x 14’10” blade
- 17 3/4” heavy duty cast band wheels
- 3 Hp direct drive motor with A/C inverter offering variable speed from 45-330 SFM
- Cast iron guide arms. Adjustable idler guide arm, supported by linear bearings
- Safety door interlocks
- Heavy duty vise with quick locking lever system
- Pre-set carbide guide inserts (no
adjustment needed)
- Manual blade tension with LED display on control panel ensures proper blade tension
- Flood coolant system and wash down hose
- Blade breakage switch
- Ergonomically positioned “swing
away” control panel
