Robust structure in G30 cast steel with oversize drive shafts

All angle and pipe roll models (manual and hydraulic) have digital display of center roll position

Electronic programming system for center roll position of 56 passes, standard for all hydraulic models

High working speed of 6 meters/min (20 ft/min) ensures high productivity

ADVANTAGES OF THE ERCOLINA PIPE ROLLS / ANGLE ROLLS

CE50-CE40

- hydraulic cylinder for center roll adjustment is located under the frame of the machine to improve the machine performance

- all models have electronic measurement of position of center roll, with accuracy ± 0,1mm and digital display

- high productivity due to a rolling speed of 6 meters/min (20 ft/min)

- twist corrector rolls for angle iron (leg out and leg in) can be fitted, both at fixed angle and variable angle

- oversize drive shafts in forged and tempered alloyed steel, mounted in conical roller bearings, reduce the number of passes to a minimum to achieve any given bend radius

- in line reduction gearbox in oil bath gives a very high power transmission efficiency

- body of machine is in G30 high grade cast steel, with a unique multi-plane design to maximize strength

- all hydraulic versions are supplied as standard with an electronic programming system for the center roll position, with capacity to memorize 4 different programs of up to a 14 passes per program

- all drive shafts are precision threaded to allow very fine adjustment of tooling gaps, WITHOUT the use of spacers

- low voltage controls satisfy all safety standards including CE European standards

- machines are MODULAR, and can be upgraded from 2 roll drive to 3 roll drive with a simple kit of parts

- special solutions for any bending problem can be developed on request
