Marketing Assistant
We are looking for a young college/university graduate with strong marketing skills and a good helicopter vision. This is NOT a work from home position!
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for the marketing operations of the company including,
· Internet presence including website design, maintenance and SEO
· Printed material design including brochures, line cards, literature etc.
· Dealer and customer newsletters
· Press releases
· Social media activity including Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr etc.
· Video content for website, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo etc.
· Trade show setup and logistics
· Special event marketing
· General admin work related to marketing and sales
Skill-set required
· Quick study – lots of direction provided
· Self starter, and disciplined hard worker
· Good communicator
· Capable of seeing the big picture
· Solid knowledge of
o Quark Express, Adobe Illustrator, In-Design or similar desktop publishing software
o Photoshop
o Premiere / After Effects / FCP or similar video editing software
o Dreamweaver
Remuneration
· Salary $35k - $50k depending on experience and skill-set
