BM20 Portable Steel Bevel Machine
The BM20
portable steel bevel machine is designed to bevel steel to any angle between 30o
and 60' on plate or pipe. Weighing only 42 lbs. this unit is ideal
for weld prep or finish fabrication work. The BM20s powerful 1-1/2
horsepower motor operates on 115 volts and easily out performs more
expensive equipment. Each portable steel beveller is fitted with two milling heads
each holding six indexable inserts, increasing metal removal
efficiency and insert life.

Each
portable steel bevel machine ships complete with tool kit, twelve additional inserts and
carrying case.
The
portable steel beveling
machine can easily be adapted to handle metals other than mild steel
by using optional inserts - see table below
Optional
pipe and tube attachment #BM20P easily
adapts to the BM20 for beveling pipe or tube 6-1/4" in diameter
and larger.
Easily
adjusts to bevel angles between 30o and 60o with a maximum cutting depth of 3/4".
