Jancy's abrasive belt grinders are designed to quickly and accurately grind or polish materials to required dimensions without vibration.

Material removal is safely controlled by the operator with grinding belts available in many grits and compositions for most applications. Costly grinding wheels and time consuming wheel dressing operations are eliminated using self cleaning abrasive grinding belts.

Machine design permits quick tool free grinding belt changes while guards remain in place. Automatic tracking control maintains proper belt alignment at all times.

All belt grinders ship complete with adjustable tool rest and eye safety shields. Powerful integrated dust extractors are available as optional equipment with the abrasive belt grinder.
